A New Circuit!
The Methodist Churches in and around Chorley are looking forward to
joining forces with Churches from Leyland and Midge Hall as we come
together to form a new circuit - the Chorley and Leyland Circuit - at
the start of September 2010. It's an exciting time for all, and we
hope to have a "new look" WWW site describing the life and work of the
new circuit some time in the near future. When that happens, the new
WWW site will replace the current site that describes only the Chorley
churches.
A New Church!
The Chorley town centre churches of Park Road and Trinity are becoming one
church called simply "Chorley Methodist Church". We are exploring how to
develop a set of premises to serve the church and wider community but for
the foreseeable future we join together for morning worship (10:30am)at
Trinity in July, September, November, January, March and May and at Park
Road in August, October, December, February, April and June. Evening
worship is always at the other church to that where morning worship was held.
